We stopped into Syberg’s in Arnold late on a Monday night and were greeted with warmth despite the hour. They were hosting trivia, which sounded like a fun crowd event, we just missed the chance to join in. Our server, Cheyenne, was incredibly attentive. She confessed she felt constrained by short staffing, but honestly, she went above and beyond. She made sure we had everything we needed and shared with us one of the things that really sets Syberg’s apart: their partnership with Dogs for Our Brave, Inc. — an organization that rescues dogs from shelters, professionally trains them, and provides them at no cost to wounded veterans. It’s inspiring when a restaurant supports such a meaningful cause, and we were honored to contribute to their program. It adds a deeper layer to the dining experience when you know your dinner is also helping something bigger. As for the food — it was outstanding. • My chicken strips were phenomenal: thick, juicy, and cooked to perfection. • My husband’s hot chicken melt was equally satisfying — full of flavor and well put together. All in all, Syberg’s delivered a great late-night meal, warm service, and a genuine commitment to supporting veterans. We’ll definitely be back and next time, we hope to catch the trivia!
Food is prepared well and brought to you fast with a friendly attitude. All that makes it an outstanding choice for lunch, especially if fast food is out of the question. They seem to have a good handle on their quality control which lends to this being a reliable option for a solid meal.
Very nice but super busy most of the time. I would say that's a good thing for the business of course but as a customer it can be a bit overwhelming when everyone is cramed into the restaurant. However the food is very good. Their wing sauce is something my son has loved since he was very young and my family has always enjoyed the shark appetizer as a treat. Recently shark tacos were added to the menu and I enjoyed those very much. It's definitely worth dealing with the crowds to enjoy this sports bar and grill with a fancy twist restaurant.
Great venue! Food was amazing, the entire place smelled phenomenal too!! Excellent staff, super helpful, awesome atmosphere!!! Great place to have a sampling! Definitely recommend.
I had not eaten at Sybergs for about 20 years, and I missed out. I had the fried shrimp with fries for lunch, along with sweet tea. My friend had the house salad and wings. The shrimp was cooked perfectly, and so were the fries. I normally do not like crinkle fries because they always seem over cooked, these weren't. The waiter was nice and just attentive enough, which is something I appreciated. My only complaint regarding him, I asked if it was possible to get a sweet tea to go, he said yes but forgot to give it to me, and once he got his tip I never saw him again. Speaking of sweet tea, it was perfect.
Super comfortable atmosphere, Lots of TV shows... games, racing, news... the staff was really very professional and welcoming, not overly pushy, which is a huge plus. Food was amazing!!! Will definitely be back when I'm in town. Price point was fair for the exceptional service.
